Regulatory status

To be completed. Gaaia3's regulatory registrations, and those of any fund vehicle it manages, must be stated here accurately. Nothing has been written into this section, because a claim about regulatory status that turns out to be wrong is materially worse than a section marked incomplete.

Accessibility

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 AA: text contrast of at least 4.5:1, visible keyboard focus on every interactive element, a skip link, real alternative text on images, and full operation without a mouse. Motion, including the moving hero text and the partner strip, stops entirely when your device is set to reduce motion.
